Appointment and Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book services 2 hours or more.  A $100 fee will be charged if the appointment is not cancelled within our 24 hour policy. 
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We understand that things happen. However, we try to respect our staff's time as much as we respect yours.  We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.  
If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid19, are experiencing symptoms yourself, or have traveled in the last 14 days, please contact us to reschedule. Upon entering, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire as well as have your temperature taken. If you fail to do both of these, you will not be provided services as this is our salon and spa requirement.
